    • models based on the human factor;
    • bi-dimensional models based on the human factor and the productivity factor;
    • situational models.
  • A new model: the dynamic management model
    self-preparation;
    • choosing a managerial style;
    • choosing a follow up style;
    • evaluating the results;
    • adapting to different employee types.
  • Managerial attitudes
    • the attitudes identified by Porter.
